You still need to show value for money and follow your own rules. But a panel can cut the work of engaging an established cyber provider.

NSW ICT Services Scheme - SCM0020.
NSW Government lists Vectra as an SCM0020 Advanced Supplier. The ICT Services Scheme is a mandatory whole-of-government way to buy ICT goods and services. Its current term runs to 28 February 2029.

In South Australia you can reach us through the eProjects Panel, the Cyber Security Services Panel and eProjects Plus. The SA Government portal is still active. It reopened for supplier applications on updated terms in 2025.

AI services are not covered by the eProjects panels at present.
The SA Government says its current agreements lack the terms needed for AI risks, such as data governance, privacy, security, IP, transparency and ethical use.

eServices Register
This is Victoria’s whole-of-government register for ICT services, cloud, software, set-up, upkeep and managed services. You buy through the Victorian Digital Marketplace. Our panel listing names Vectra as an appointed eServices supplier. Before you buy or renew, Victorian rules ask you to check the supplier’s eServices subscription and insurance in Supplier Hub.

Customer Security Programme
SWIFT lists Vectra in its Directory of Cyber Security Service Providers for Asia-Pacific. The listing covers Australia and many other markets in the region. It is a sourcing route, not a SWIFT endorsement or an “approved assessor” badge.
Queensland · contract framework
QITC Contracting Framework
QITC is the standard set of contract terms for Queensland Government ICT buying. It has General, Comprehensive, Supplier Terms and Bespoke options. QITC is a way to contract, not a supplier accreditation. We work with Queensland buyers through the right route and QITC form.

Marketplace and direct routes
The Australian Government now runs Digital Marketplace Panel 2 for ICT labour hire and for professional and consulting services. Check agency access, supplier modules and categories on BuyICT before you buy. For commercial and eligible public sector buyers, we can also sell some products through AWS Marketplace. These include eligible CrowdStrike products and Vectra managed services.

Panel, register and marketplace terms can change. You remain responsible for your own buying rules and value-for-money test. You must also confirm a supplier’s status, scope and eligibility at the time you buy.

Can SA Government agencies buy cyber services from Vectra through eProjects?
Yes. The Cyber Security Services Panel covers approved cyber work up to $700,000 including GST. eProjects Plus covers eligible ICT projects from $700,000 to $4.4 million including GST.
Is QITC a Queensland supplier panel?
No. QITC is the Queensland Government’s ICT contract framework. It sets out contract forms and terms. Each Queensland Government purchase still needs its own sourcing or supplier route.
Is Vectra a SWIFT-certified provider?
SWIFT lists Vectra Corporation in its Directory of Cyber Security Service Providers for Asia-Pacific. SWIFT says a listing is not a certificate or an endorsement. Its separate CSP assessor scheme certifies individual assessors and registers provider firms.
